SQL Error

WordPress database error: [Out of memory (Needed 1048548 bytes)]
SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT ID) FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND post_date_gmt <= ‘2006-07-30 09:52:59’ AND (post_status = “publish”) AND post_status != “attachment”

I’m getting this “Error” and I can’t seem to resolve the memory error, note this is on a subdomain. Also it runs fine on my local machine. But not with this server, so am I right to assume this is there problem(VIA my hosting provider.)

Also if there is, is there a way to fix this?
