SQL DB issues when copying sites

hi!

I have https://domain.com running running WP 2.8.4

I create a new homepage https://anotherdomain.com

I copy the SQL database & the entire WP installation from https://domain.com to https://anotherdomain.com

Everything works perfectly apart from one thing:

When I try to accesss https://anotherdomain.com/wp-admin I get redirected to https://domain.com/wp-admin

Is there a simple PHP fix, or should I be editing somewhere in the SQL database?

Any help is really appreciated!
