sql database error

Hi
I am moving servers and trying to import a database on to the new server.
I am getting an sql error :

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ''s:1617:"a:48:{s:20:"enable-post-excerpts"' at line 22

I open the sql file and this is the syntax currently (this is line 3423 though)
