Spurious REST API call allowed

    Checking the log files, I noticed a case where a spurious oembed REST call was allowed even when REST calls are disabled for all but one (different) namespace.

    As you can see from the screen shot of the log, the namespace was not whitelested, nor is the IP address and there was no admin logged in with the corresponding IP address.
