SPUN theme – increase number of rows of circles on front page

Hi,
I am using the Spun theme and want to increase the number of rows with circles on the front page from 2 to 3.
I saw https://www.escuelainnatura.com has 3 rows of circles but mine only got 2: https://stracciatellaemacchiato.comdoes anyone know how to do that?
