• Hi there! I’m trying to create page (or post) in Spun theme site, where I can strip out all page boundaries and formatting, so I can have a Slider or a JPEG take up the entire page – uncontrained by borders, Page Title spacing, etc. Is this possible?

Thanks for your time and help.

I added the plugin Simple Lightbox, per: https://gist.github.com/tomhemsley/9463214

And it allowed the entire image. Formatting at the bottom of the page is raw, but at least I got where I was looking to go with the Slider:

Still wondering if there is a better solution. Thanks!

I am curious how to do the same. My desire is to use a WP template (Hueman possibly) and remove the formatting for one page (make it my homepage) – style it like Google’s homepage – mostly blank with a search box in the middle and a small logo.

I think this will create a batter user experience for this particular site I am working on.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You probably don’t want to hear this but you just have to create the CSS yourself and possibly manipulate the templates too. If you’re not familiar with PHP, CSS or HTML I would generally advise using a theme that’s already out there.
