spring2018sale Coupon Not Giving 50% Off

Hi Support,

A banner found on my WordPress Dashboard states the following: “Spring sale – 50% off the MetaSlider Add-on Pack until April 30th.” However, after adding the coupon code, only $7.80 is deducted from the purchase price of $39. It seems that the sale price should be $19.50.

Please let me know how this issue can be resolved, as I’d like to purchase the upgrade at the sale price.

Also, I attempted to create an account on the Meta Slider Pro website using your Keyy app, It was frustrating as every time I attempted to create the account, the Keyy app would notify me that the website is not connect to my Keyy account and there seems to be no way to do so.
