Spreaker Locks Page

  • Hi, I just loaded the spreaker plugin to my client’s page and embedded both the java code and the wordpress code for her account player. They embed properly and I can play an episode, but once I hit play on an episode I can’t stop it, it won’t allow me to switch to the next/other episodes and it locks up my screen. It won’t even allow me to jump ahead in the audio. Any thoughts on what could be happening?

    thanks for your report. It’s definitely very weird, and I would need few more information to investigate it.

    – May you give me the URL of the page where you’ve embedded the player? https://thismysticlife.com/audio looks broken
    – What browser version and operating system are you running?

    I was viewing the page on IE (latest version)

    I checked it on my iphone, using safari and it works fine, so maybe an IE issue?
