    Hello,

I love being able to show my Spreadshirt catalog directly on my site. Is there any way there could be a notification when someone orders an item?

To be more specific, I use a program on my computer to live stream videos and I’m able to submit a web url as a source in my video overlay. With other apps, I’m able to use the link where notifications popup, those notifications then are triggered via a simple webpage with text of the notification and even an image. I can then bring this page URL into my software and whenever an event occurs through that service, I get a notification through my streaming software.

What I’m looking for with the Spreadshirt plugin is whenever someone makes a purchase, the plugin posts to some sort of notifications URL that I could ideally edit the context and styling of (the messaging, the image, even add a sound, etc). It would bring this URL into my streaming software and hopefully see the notification pop up on screen just as I can with the other services I use.

Is it at all possible to write back to a webpage hosted on my web server whenever someone makes a purchase? If so, would I be able to capture their WP username on my site and the item(s) they ordered?

Not directly with the plugin and it’s untested.
Well, you could use the “Shop redirect” setting in Spreadplugin settings to redirect the user to a page which reads the current login cookie. That requires a login before buying products on your page. But, the mad here is, that the customer maybe has to login twice – one time for your webpage to see the shop and one time at spreadshirt.
It’s only possible having your own shop and submit all orders manually to spreadshirt or talk to spreadshirt for whitelabeling.
