Spreadsheet sync two ways

Hello. I need to embed a google sheet into a page on my wordpress site, but i need to sync it in both ways. If i do a change on the google sheet it will be updated on my site and when i do a change on my site it will be updated on google sheet. Any suggestions on how to do it? Thanks
