Spreadsheet Import assign sales rep

have you made sure that when you have created your sales rep profile, you have assigned a “WP user” different than admin?

Could you send us your spreadsheet via e-mail? ?? We will take a look at it and see if there is anything missing.

Also, have you tried manually inputting one sales rep, to see if it works?
