Spreadsheet doesn’t fetch Radio and multiple choice fields

    Hi,

    Great plugin, really helpful! The only problem I have is that the spreadsheet doesn’t fetch both multi select and radio fields.

    On the page I’ve done, there are the fields “CHIEDE” and “CHIEDE RADIO”, one with multiple choice and the other one with radio select, and they are the only fields that are not fetched by the spreadsheet – columns O and P.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks for getting in touch and using the plugin,

    Can you confirm you are using Elementor Forms Google Sheet Connector version 1.0.11, As this issue is already resolved in this version,
    Please recheck once and alternatively save the elementor page and hit save again and fill the form and check it out.

    Hi Abdullah,

    I confirm that I am using the version 1.0.11? of the plugin.

    I also tried to save again the Elementor page but it still doesn’t fetch the radio and select fields.

    Any help with it?

    We tested in our environment and didn’t find any issues.

    While checking on our development server all the entries filled successful therefore if you pass more details through email then our support team will help you to debug and solve the issue
    Also male sure you are using the latest version of the plugin

    Yes, We already replied, Do confirm if you have email in Junk/Spam folder and make sure [email protected] email is in your whitelist

    Here is the response.
    Yes, we have received the login link.
    It seems that for both the radio and select box, the labels are long and even have HTML tags.

    Can you remove those HTML tags and test them?
