Spreadsheet conflict with Register Plus Redux

When Spreadhseet is active Register Plus Redux complains that another plugin has defined the function wp_new_user_notification() and as far as I can tell, this is because Spreadsheet 2.0 had loaded pluggable.php before Register Plus Redux started. I need Register Plus Redux more, so I have de-activated Spreadsheet and all is well (apart from the lack of spreadsheets of course). Is there a workaround for this?
