Spotty At Best

  • I loved this plugin when I first started using it. It saved me a great deal of time and hassle getting students registered for my trainings.
    Now, I spend a lot of time dealing with the fact that it only workd about 40-60% of the time.
    Support is almost completely non-existent. Also note, this page does not represent the current version. They’ve done updates, but they keep it off WP because the reviews would look more like this, rather than the glowing reviews from years ago.
    I think it was a pet-project that paid off, and now the author has moved on.

    Thank you for the candid feedback! To provide more detail, LogMeIn (formerly Citrix) maintains 3 distinct APIs for GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining. As a result, we provide 3 distinct plugins to interface with each API. As we communicated in email to you, GoToTraining’s API has always been the buggiest and most featureless of the three. We do our best to make each plugin work, however, are limited by what we have access to, and unfortunately, the G2T API is the worst of the bunch.

    For the plugin here at www.remarpro.com, we only offer GoToWebinar integration, which comprises 90% of all our customers, with G2M and G2T making up the remaining 10%.

    We understand it is frustrating when registrations for G2T don’t go through as planned and will certainly update you if/when we get response from G2T on what cause is. In the meantime (and as we communicated via email), we refunded your last payment and are continuing to test on our end to see if the mystery G2T bug can be found and squashed.
