    Hey mark,

    My feed does not show the latest posts and when I try to reconnect I get following error:
    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function GuzzleHttp\_idn_uri_convert() in /srv/www/vhosts/fullframestudios.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Client.php:220 Stack trace: #0 /srv/www/vhosts/fullframestudios.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Client.php(155): GuzzleHttp\Client->buildUri() #1 /srv/www/vhosts/fullframestudios.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Client.php(183): GuzzleHttp\Client->requestAsync() #2 /srv/www/vhosts/fullframestudios.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/spotlight-social-photo-feeds/core/IgApi/IgApiUtils.php(35): GuzzleHttp\Client->request() #3 /srv/www/vhosts/fullframestudios.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/spotlight-social-photo-feeds/core/IgApi/IgBasicApiClient.php(84): RebelCode\Spotlight\Instagram\IgApi\IgApiUtils::request() #4 /srv/www/vhosts/fullframestudios.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/spotlight-social-photo-feeds/core/Actions/AuthCallbackListener.php(109): RebelCode\Spot in /srv/www/vhosts/fullframestudios.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Client.php on line 220

    I deleted and reinstalled the plugin. To no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks & Cheers,
    Alex

    Hi @alframe, this error is happening due to a conflict with the BackupBuddy plugin. BackupBuddy and Spotlight are using two different versions of the Guzzle library which causes them not to work when activated on the same site together.

    We’re looking into possible solutions. Thank you for reporting it.

    Thanks for looking at this.

    I disabled Backupbuddy, tried to reconnect the account but it didn’t help.

    @alframe do you see the same error or does the account just fail to connect?

    If the account isn’t connecting but it’s not the same error, do you see anything different? And at what stage does it fail to connect? Any screenshots would also be helpful.

    It’s kinda complicated. On one website I disabled BackupBuddy and it connected flawlessly. On my own website I disabled BackupBuddy and I got the same error when trying to connect the Instagram account. Strange enough on my own website I now have the latest posts showing up.

    On both websites the popup showing an Insta post is empty.

    Here are both sites:
    https://www.hoggen.ch/
    my own: https://www.fullframestudios.ch/

    I could give you a BackupBuddy license if you install a sandbox WordPress somewhere I can add my BackupBuddy license for you to investigate. I would dearly appreciate this getting resolved asap. Just let me know what I can do to help.

    This issue has been resolved and was found to be a conflict with a browser extension. I’m marking it as resolved but if the issue re-appears at any time you can re-open the thread, @alframe. We’ll continue our other conversation via email.
