Spotify not updating

    Hi

    I am having trouble getting my podcast to show up on Spotify its been over 5 days now

    We used to have our podcasts on square space but recently got a new website which we now host our podcasts on using your plugin

    when we went live with the new websites, Apple and Spotify updated the new graphics for the podcasts and we also added another podcast via your plugin episode 8

    last week we added episode 9 which hasn’t showed up despite waiting 5 days for it to show, inbertween episode 8 and 9 i had to move the cron jobs that where happening on the website to server side as it was rinsing the website CPU. but i don’t think this is the issue as episode 9 has appeared on Itunes

    could it be that i need to claim the podcasts on Spotify

    any help would be great

    I also noticed that i updated the latest one as a mp4 when all the others are mp3 so i will reupload as mp3 to see if that helps

    Looks it being an mp4 was an issue for Spotify changed it to mp3 and within minutes it appeared

    I’m glad you managed to sort out this issue. Yes, I believe Spotify does not allow mp4 files.
