Spot Include Button not working in 4.3.1 visual editor

I know this has been a recurring issue so I’m sorry to have to report this but the button to insert a spot shortcode into text area using the visual editor is having problems.

I found an older, resolved thread so I can at least manually insert the shortcode without the button.

Can you look into this? The button to be able to insert Spots is MUCH easier to use!
