Sportspress instalation problem

when i trx to activate Sportspress on localhost, i get this:Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-admin\includes\class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 79
What should I do?
