Sports Press TV Shortcode Request

I’m using the parallax pro theme and want to use Sports Press TV on one of my pages. So in visual mode I don’t see a TV button, therefore I would like to get the shortcode so I can paste it into text mode. The plugin is installed correctly and yes is installed, but no TV button in my admin pages.
