Sponsored/nofollow in rel

Hi,

First, I want to be clear that I’m not a developer and don’t know much about coding. I’m in the process of adding sponsored and nofollow in the rel of the affiliate links on my site. I just want to confirm:

rel=”sponsored nofollow noopener”
rel=”noopener sponsored nofollow”
rel=”noopener nofollow sponsored”

These are all legitimate, right? Put another way, the order of the words doesn’t matter?
