Spoiler anchor link doesn't open spoiler

Hi,

I am trying to use anchor links to link from a table on one page on my website to a specific spoiler on another. While the anchor link works to take me to the correct spoiler, it does not open the spoiler. Is there anyway to make an anchor link open a spoiler?

Here is the link syntax I’m using:
Financial Management

The version of the plugin I’m using is 0.8.8.
