• I received an order from a customer on 11/28/22 via my woocommerce storefront. As of today 11/30/22, the order has been in “processing” status for 2 days!
    It should have been sent to SPOD for fulfillment. However, there is no order in SPOD.

    I have verified that the SPOD API is updating products in the Woocommerce store, so the SPOD and Woocommerce plugins seem to be connected and communicating. I’m truly at a loss for why the order isn’t automatically being sent to SPOD.
    Using latest version of WordPress and all plugins are up-to-date.
    Assistance Needed!
