spod not receiving woocommerce oder

I received an order from a customer on 11/28/22 via my woocommerce storefront. As of today 11/30/22, the order has been in “processing” status for 2 days!
It should have been sent to SPOD for fulfillment. However, there is no order in SPOD.I have verified that the SPOD API is updating products in the Woocommerce store, so the SPOD and Woocommerce plugins seem to be connected and communicating. I’m truly at a loss for why the order isn’t automatically being sent to SPOD.
Using latest version of WordPress and all plugins are up-to-date.
