    Hi,

I get this error when using SmartPluginManager

We’ve made an attempt to update plugins on XYZ but we were unable to connect to your website. See the message below for more details.

Your website responded with an unexpected HTTP code. Please allow SPM passing through your caching tool, and review your Web Application Firewall logs against blocked SPM requests if you use such software. We will try again later.

It seems to work if the firewall is turned off.
SPM fails when turned on, but I am unable to see where to allow it through the firewall.

    Hi,

Please disable all firewall rules, then carry out a test. If it works, then you know one or more of the firewall features are conflicting with your other plugin.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Thank you
