    Hello Rocket Elements team!

I’ve just installed the free version of the plug-in to my website, but unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue.

I saw that there is a similar topic from about a week ago, here is my current situation:

I have Elementor installed since the start of the WP website about two weeks ago and I’ve installed your plug-in today, everything seemed okay but when I add split test options to elements (I’ve tested it with buttons and headings), the elements completely disappear from the page. (Statistics aren’t showing anything either)

I’ve done everything as it was shown in the guide.

I would be really grateful if you can assist me to fix that issue.

    Best regards,

    Peyo.

    Hi Peyo,

for the posting you have seen there the problem was that there was an active cache witch breaks our current split test code. Please tell us more about the page so we can help you. The url first of all would be a good starting point. If you want to keep this private please mail us to [email protected].

    Cheers

I am seeing this same thing happen on our site / landing pages – I am actually using your PRO plugin as well.. only thing i can do is the page split testing at this time – Do you have an updated readme or video, as the only ones I see are for what is now the deprecated method for doing widget split testing… if you need more info id be happy to email you we might be able to save me having to request a refund and search for other options
    thx

@lyle Please tell us witch email adress you are using if you already send us an email. If not please tell us witch url we problems belong to.

    Cheers Rocketelements team

Same issue: elements that have been configured to split test don’t show. This plugin looked really hopeful and everything seems easy to do – but it doesn’t work for me at the moment. Hope we can fix this soon!

I run into this, too. It’s 100% repeatable when I duplicate an item that already has a split-test on it.

    Hey Rocket Elements team!

Today I tested your plugin in the templates-section of the ElementorPro-Plugin.

Although it was working pretty well in other areas of the website it was not working in the templates-section. I really would like to use it in the header-template. Is there any possibility, to get it working there?

Thank your for your great Work! ????

    Hey guys,

a lot a things here got a little bit mixed up.

@krelvo That seems to be a caching issue? Are you using WpRocket are something similar?

@djosephdesign We will take a look into that. Could be that of elementor internals this information is not copyable at all.

@braveandone We investigated this issue already. Problem here is that this is due how the internal elementor templating system works and there this is not a no brainer. Please give us some time to fix this.
