Can the plugin slipt single long page to ajax loaded parts – similar to what WP’s page break does but instead of pagination content parts are loaded with infinite scroll?

@dcooney Does it
- remove or hide WP’s default pagination bar resulted from the page break blocks
- stop Google from indexing sub-page urls such as /page-title/2/
- or force sub-page canonicals to be the url of the first page
