Splash/Entrance page

Hi all

I run an adult orientated website and i would like to add a splash page or entrance page before a user enters my site.

I want to be able to have picture, enter and exit buttons, and a disclaimer about age that i have written. I only need this to show up once, i don’t want it to be my home page, the user shouldn’t be redirected to the page once they hit enter.

I am guessing the best and easiest way to do this is with a plugin. But i am not sure how to do it.

Any advice?
