Splash page/redirect

I’d like to do the following on a wp website I’m working on:
When someone connects to the site, they see a splash screen with a (youtube) video, after the video finishes I’d like them automatically to be sent to the site itself.
I’ve found a plugin that does some of the above; first a button needs to be clicked to go further to the site and I’d really like not to have to do this but to automatically move onto the site.
Does someone know if there is a plugin that will help me to achieve this?
