Splash page doesn’t always shows up per session

    I am using this plugin, thank you for sharing.

    I want to show the Splash page every time a visitor opens the website, however, I have visitors telling me that they do not always see the Splash page, and I tested myself and do not see it either.

    I already set 0 in the settings so that it should show up per session.

    What is missing here and how do I fix it?
