• Hi,

I’m using Learndash with the Lincoln theme and installed the Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit (before buying the pro version). When clicking the option (eg Hide admin bar, Front End Login, LearnDash Resume Button, …) I can’t go into the options and the symbol keeps spinning. After trying several times I managed to configure the Hide admin bar, but no luck with the rest…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That sounds like a javascript error or some other conflict. Have you tried checking the browser console (e.g. View > Developer > Javascript Console in Chrome) to look for errors? Are there any? Have you also tried disabling all other plugins except the Toolkit and LearnDash to see if it works then?

The 503s suggest a server-side problem. It might help to talk to the host about what they see as triggering the 503 errors. It could be that you’re exhausting available resources in the hosting environment.
