Hi, we’re in the process of launching Salesforce and I found this plugin as an option for creating forms on our website that will auto-populate into our system. I set up a basic form using your app and every time I try to submit a test I get a spinning wheel of death. I’ve added our salesforce ID and tried it with and without the SSL box checked. Same result both times.

I have it located in a sidebar https://chu.edu/directory/ as a testing location.

    Can you help?

  • Hi Don– I’m running into exactly the same problem. The plugin was working but today I was testing some things and noticed that when I click submit, I see the spinner and then nothing happens. Perhaps it’s a change on SalesForce’s end? Anyhow hopefully someone will have the answer for us soon. If I figure out anything I’ll post it here.

I was able to fix this by turning off support for CF7 CSS.

    Eric,

Thanks for that help. Where exactly do you turn off the support?
