    I have also, deactivated and deleted Contact Form 7, reinstalled, and creadted a new contact form (using the default fields that Contact Form 7) gives me, with no additional code from me. As soon as I add in the redirection code (above) it fails to work.

    The spinning icon is a common symptom of a JavaScript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using. It can also be caused by a server-side warning or error.
