Spinning arrows won't stop, only on one form

I have multiple Contact Form 7 forms on my website. They are all working except one. I just made it yesterday. It’s a bit longer than the others, and has more required fields. I’ve tried to submit the blank form and it DOES error out on the required fields.
If the form is all filled out correctly it won’t submit. Just gives continual spinning arrows. I’ve tried copying it to a brand new form, changed and set the confirmation message to default, etc. Here are the two pages:
