Spinning arrows don't load?

I recently installed CF7 on my site and when I go to test the form the spinning arrows don’t load instead the page refreshes and my url has this: /contact/#wpcf7-f120-p6-o1 .

My site isn’t open yet I’m wondering if this could be a result due to me testing it while being logged in. But then realized that couldn’t be the issue..? Any help would be appreciated!
