Spinning Arrows

  • Hi,

    Thank you for developing and maintaining this plug-in.

    The Issue:

    I am able to use CF7 regardless of whether the Signature Addon is installed or not, however, when I integrate the addon in my form the form will no longer submit. It will still submit if no signature is drawn. The result is spinning arrows and no email.

    I created a fresh install of WP with only CF7 + your addon installed. The issue persists.

    I have marked in the mail configuration to send HTML, and have followed the other instructions.

    Any ideas?

    Hi !

    Thanks forusing the plugin.

    There are know issues with the plugin and some server/firewalls/security plugins configurations.

    You might find some help here, here and here.

    Hope you’ll find a solution within those threads.
