    Hello,
I use SMTP for sending mails.

When I send a test mail SPF record is written in the header of the receiving email.

When I send an email through Divi contact form, no SPF record at all.

What could might be the problem?

    Thanks

When I send email through my membership plugin activemember360 SPF record is in the header. Do you know about a divi problem with sending mails?

    Hi @sasasasaaa,

We have a number of sites using the Divi theme and it’s contact form with no problems at all. I have some myself.

What do you mean by the SPF record is not written into the header? SPF is DNS based, and would be added by your SMTP server – not Post SMTP.

Please elaborate a little further, and if you could also include your Post SMTP diagnostics log in your next reply that would be great. Thanks!

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

Hi, yes, SPF is added by my SMTP server, it works.

When I send through Divi SPF record do not exist in header of received mail.
When I sent mail through my membership site SPF record exist in header of received mail.
Do not exist mean – the line of text do not exist in the header, not even: X-Recieved-SPF: none ( ….. domain of …….de does not provide an SPF record )

    Hello, me again.

I would like to have this work.

I have a membership plugin on my website and divi theme.
When I sent email through contact module divi builder no SPF record in the receiving mail.
When I apply for a forgotten password for my membership area (form created by my membership plugin and mail sent through wordpress) SPF record is in the receiving mail.
What could might be the problem?

    Thanks Silke

    Hi @sasasasaaa,

Are you still facing issues with this problem?

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi Tim, yes.

    Hi @sasasasaaa,

Please try using a tool like https://www.mail-tester.com/ to check your SPF when sending from Divi forms.

Let me know how you get on.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
