Spellcheck plugin error

  • I installed the wp spellcheck plugin (using 1.5.1). Now, when I click the spellcheck button in my admin panel it opens a js pop up window containing the spellcheck interface with no post text, but immediately thereafter I receive an error msg.:

    error executing ‘/usr/bin/aspell-a-lang-eng_US–personal=home/richard2/public_html/tikun_olam/wp-content/spell-plugin/aspell_data_JQgoXh 2>&1’
    error ????8

    Any ideas on what might be wrong & how to fix it?
