• I was having trouble getting the ‘all clear’ from the GTranslate Setup wizard. I started a chat and got a response in about 1 minute. Sevak and Dmitry were very helpful in solving the issue. When Sevak and I couldn’t immediately identify the problem he reached out to Dmitry (a developer) to log into our backend to find the elusive issue. He logged in right away and the whole thing was resolved in less than an hour!
