    Hi cloudways said that your plugin is causing a speed issue on our website, it’s taking up to 7 seconds to load pages on the dashboard and they say it is slowing down the website as well, is there anything we can do to speed things up, thanks

    Hello,

    Are you using any optimization plugins? I suggest you deactivate or make an exception and try again. In the meantime, take a look at our guide on how to optimize Complianz speed: https://complianz.io/does-complianz-affect-website-performance/.

    Hi, thanks for the reply, we only use Breeze cache from Cloudways, can you let me know what we need to do with breeze to speed up Complianz? Thanks

    Hello!

    Clear the site cache and try to deactivate Breeze and see the site’s speed behavior. Alternatively, make an exception for the Complianz plugin within Breeze’s settings.
    I also suggest following the guide that I linked in the first answer.
