Speed and navigation issues in Blocks index outline navigation

I am experiencing issues when trying to navigate the blocks on a page or post:

Having displayed the Blocks index structure on the left I hardly find where I am in the document. Clicking the block in content or block name in index outlines doesn’t synchronize display to scroll to the actual position. There is no hover/click feedback (like a focus frame or something).

Once I delete a block it takes a lot of time (like 20 seconds) for the index to update.

I installed a plugin that outlines the blocks for at least to be able to see what I am editing.

TBH I have no idea why new blocks and Gutenberg features are invented while basic editing requirements are missing.
