Spectra Struggling

  • Since Ultimate Add-ons for Gutenberg turned into Spectra we have been struggling to keep up with the bugs and breakage. It feels like way too much was changed at once and our sites are so full of small problems that we are on the verge of moving to another block library entirely. This is a real shame for a tool that was once one of the best.

    We’re sad that this update has caused you issues. Our team worked hard and tried its best to make it a smooth transition from prior versions to 2.0 and ran an extensive public beta testing program for several weeks. However, it seems we could not test all these possibilities. We’re so sorry for the trouble.

    I would request you let us know the issues you are experiencing so that we can look into them.

    I cannot recommend to requst the issues to Spectra. I am waiting for a month know for a solution and the support is not solving this because the do not have admin access to my page…

    We have worked on all the issues that have been raised since the update and this has worked for many of our users. I would request you allow us to look into the issues you have so that we can provide solutions.
