Spectra Post Carousel not showing

Most of the time this type of issue occurs due to the cache plugins, can you please check by turning off the cache plugin and clearing all the caches? Also, if you are using the?Rocket Loader. I’ve tried by turning off the cache plugin and clearing all the caches, both on the server and Cloudflare, but it’s still not working. The post carousel block doesn’t work.

I don’t have Rocket Loader, so really not sure what causes this issue. ??
