Spectra Plugin Update Issue

I run multiple sites which generally have the same plugins, but recently when trying to upgrade Spectra on any of these sites i’ve been experiencing issues.

When updating Spectra on my smallest site with most other plugins deactivated. First i got this error and the plugin automatically uninstalled itself.

Then when i tried to reinstall it i got this error message!
