I am updating a website and have installed Spectra (free version) to build pages using the Astra theme. I tested all my changes on a staging site first and now I need to recreate these changes on the live site (this is for a non-profit so there are no funds to buy the pro version of the staging plugin to automatically push changes to the live site). Spectra installs fine but when I edit a page it gives me an error saying it can’t save or publish, probably because I am not connected to the internet. This is definitely not the case because I can perform other functions in WordPress and the web. When I navigate back to the Spectra plugin it does not even load the settings menu for me to view. This same is happening with the Custom Fonts plugin (Brainstorm Force). Any advice?

    Hi @biancaparker,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

-Ensure that PHP configuration of your site is according to this guide: https://wpastra.com/docs/modify-your-php-configuration/
-Regenerate permalinks from wp-admin > settings > permalinks
-Clear all the caches including the server-side cache
-Check by turning off all the third-party plugins
    – Ensure that internet is working fine.

Please try and let me know how it goes.

    Have a nice day!
