    Issue at hand

It seems that Spectra CSS does not get added to pages if the content is in a widget or the content is otherwise included into the page other than the traditional content area.

I’m using a plugin that inserts the content of any post (initial post) into any other page/post (final page). I wanted to use this to insert a nicely designed post that I used some Spectra blocks for into my footer section. Spectra CSS does not appear to load on the final page but it does load if you view the initial post. The end result is that my footer has no additional style outside of the main theme, etc.

Is there a way I can trigger including CSS/JS manually on such pages? Or somehow get the CSS to load into a page that has content coming form another page.

Note: I do not have a link to the page in question. Since this does not currently work I have scrubbed the idea and I built it a different way for now.
