There are two different types of emails: Administratior emails and emails sent to users. To set the admin email addresses, you go to the form settings page and scroll down to the “Administrator Email” section. There you can add administrator email addresses. For user email addresses, when you create a form, insert a textbox. That textbox will have two options that need to be checked: “This is an email address” and “Send a copy of this email.

Also, make sure that you enter a valid “From” email address on the form settings page.

Hi Thanks so much for your quick response. I think this is the problem that I do not have an “Administrator Email” section on form settings page.

    I have

    Form Title:
    Form Description:
    Form Subject
    Email Type:
    Email Sent From:
    Email Form Recipients:
    Success Message
    E-mail Message:
    Form fields to include:

And thats it, is something missing?

You are using a very old version and should upgrade to latest version which is 2.0.3. We no longer support that version as the plugin has been completely rewritten.

Oh! well that explains it. I have Version 1.3.4 .. how do I get the pro version? If I update I will just get standard version yes?

Ok I have downloaded latest version but now I only see it as a widget for the sidebar can you not put the form onto a page?

We longer have a pro and lite version. The version in the repo is the main plugin and we offer extensions for sale on our website to add additional features.

You can append the phone to a page or post, use a shortcode, use the display function, or widget to display your forms wherever you like. Please check our the plugin page here on tw repo, the readme.txt, or the docs on our website for more info.

All good thank you so much! I dont suppose you could supply the css that would make the input boxes line up. As they are now when I select the date picker as an option, the calendar drops down over the text boxes underneath and is very hard to read.

I have just finished modifying forms and now I get a 500 internal error. Does this plug-in have issues with Elegant Themes, themes?

We are currently working on a full styling plugin that will allow you to create any layout or style you would like. It should be released in a week or so.

The plugin has no conflicts that we are aware of. It’s used on thousands of sites and haven’t seen any trends on any particular themes. That being said there are an unlimited number of server configurations and there can always be issues that arise with so many moving parts.
