Specifying Folder on Local Drive and Dropbox for Backup

I cannot seem to figure out how to backup to my computer. Please help!
Also, when I try to send a backup to Dropbox, it seems to backup fine, but I cannot find the backup in Dropbox. Please help!! Thanks!
