    It has not let me attach a pdf file with a moderator account, but with an administrator user it has successfully uploaded it.
    The error is as follows:
    Specified file failed upload test.

    This is a WordPress specific message. The plugin is using the WordPress media library and uploader to upload files and has zero control over the upload process.

    This is the low-level message happening when the upload is not done correctly, and WordPress can’t access the uploaded file to process it for the media library inclusion. This is a rarely reported issue, and I have no idea how to resolve it, it is related to server/php upload process.
