    Hi @praxs1979,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This can be due to our plugin having conflicts with other plugins. Please go to Tools > Site Health > Info and expand the ‘Active Plugins’ section. Please make sure that all results are loaded. Then, share these results here.

    Plugin Support vidyakv

    (@vidyakv)

    Hi,

This issue is caused by the ‘Convert Plus’ plugin. This is due to a bug in this plugin. So, please contact the plugin support team and share the below bug info with them and confirm with them that the issue is solved in the latest version or not (or you can update to the latest version to check whether the issue is solved or not!).
    Bug Info:
The issue is in, ‘cp_import_upload_prefilter’ and ‘cp_handle_upload_prefilter’ functions. In both functions, the $file variable is not returned properly. This is not the correct approach and causes most of the plugins that use ‘wp_handle_upload’ function to fail. It should be returned outside the if condition.

    Hi,

Please try to deactivate plugins (other than WP Job Openings) one at a time and then test this issue and report us the plugin with details if any issue is caused by a particular plugin. We will look into it. Sometimes particular settings in a plugin can also cause this issue and it will be different on different systems. So, we need your help in debugging this issue. Hope this is fine.

    Regards
    Anantajit JG
