    A lot of times i have to make clients of my admin of there site so they have acces to some specific item they otherwise have not (for instance a plugin), but then i have to set the same settings for my self as for the client.

    which means blocking some content for myself what can be a struggle. I know you can still get to the config pages by URL after hiding them with this plugin but what i like to do is have different view settings for Client > admin and Me > admin

    And yes! Different settings for each user

    What your plugin can do is edit settings for:

    Admin
    Editor
    Subscriber

    What i like to do is set settings for specific users, who may or may not have the same role. This way i cant make my client admin. but still have control what i see and what he or she will see.

    In my case i want to see everything in the side menu and i to have control on what my clients sees.

    Yes. And sorry, It becomes the current specification.
    But, you can extend with Add-on for apply settings user roles.
