Specific usage of plugin – Language selection

  • Hello everyone,
    I’m trying to see if I can use this plugin to display a popup on site load the first time a user goes on. The popup will display a language choice (links to supported languages) and it is to be displayed only once with preference saved (in a cookie I guess)
    I know this is not the standard type of support question or format, I’m only really looking to know if this can be done with this plugin and if someone has successfully implemented it.

    You can do this easily with Popup Maker:

    1. Use the Auto Open/Time Delay Trigger.
    2. Use the On Popup Open Cookie Creation Event so the popup only display one time.
    3. As far as saving the language preference, that’s something you would have to do on your own using another plugin or custom code.
